What you share
Tisha Clark Consulting receives the details you submit: your name, email, optional company and message. If you request assessment results, this also includes your diagnostic summary or quiz answers, style result, event selection and event preferences.
How it is used
Your information is used to reply to your inquiry, email the results you request and, for Curated Connections, help Tisha plan the event experience. Tisha may follow up personally about your inquiry or results. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter or automated marketing sequence. Any future newsletter signup would be a separate choice.
Who receives it
Contact messages and assessment information are delivered to Tisha at hello@tishaclarkconsulting.com. Requested results are also sent to your email address. Event preferences appear in Tisha’s separate planning email, not in your results card. Website hosting and email delivery providers process information to run these services. Information may also need to be disclosed when legally required.
Keeping it and your choices
Your submission may remain in email correspondence and service records. To ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or stop personal follow-up, email hello@tishaclarkconsulting.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations.
Hosting and email services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and delivery logs, for operation and security. The site also loads fonts from Google, which receives technical information when your browser requests them. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the contact form.
