I’m a marketer at heart, a people developer by trade, and a builder of experiences by obsession - the kind who reads the room before she reads the deck.
For twenty years, I’ve worked inside luxury and retail on the business of humans: how they influence, why they come back, and what makes them sync. I’ve led brands, built programs, coached leaders, and stood in the back-of-house as much as I’ve sat in boardrooms. I didn’t come up in HR; I worked under the business leaders like Marketing, Sales, and Retail. And that’s why this work sticks. I understand the results needed and how people get there.
I think like a marketer, operate like an experience designer, and deliver like someone who genuinely loves the room. Clients tell me they wish we’d had more time - and then they book more of it.
I believe the employee experience is the client experience. I make both memorable.
